Strategic Foul Water Sewer Upgrade – Beaulieu Park

We were appointed by Countryside (L&Q) Beaulieu LLP to undertake the construction of a new section of strategic foul water sewer to facilitate the future Chelmsford Garden Community development. 

The works consisted of the following;

 

• Construction of Xno traditional manholes.
• Laying of Xm of 675mm diameter pipe at an average depth of 4m.
• Cross carriageway works with reinstatement of concrete carriageway completed to DfT SROH.
• Management of high levels of ground water ingress.
• Earthworks management and trench backfill to Series 600 of the MCHW.
• Air testing and CCTV survey of the new drainage network.

All works we undertaken and completed to the Sewer Sector Guidance requirements.

 

 

On completion of the works we provided comprehensive QA information along with high detailed as built drawings so the client could submit to the adopting authority when required.
