Following on from our successful compound relocation works we were appointed again by countryside (L&Q) Beaulieu LLP to undertake the removal of the old Sales car park located at Beaulieu Park. The works involved the breakout and removal of sub base and asphalt materials. The placement of suitable fill material for landscaping and the construction of two new self binding gravel paths which provide connectivity to the existing secondary footway network. These works also involved the removal of the existing drop curb arrangement on the highway with the standard footway reinstatement completed and signed off by Essex highway. All works were completed, signed off and handed over to the client within two weeks of the appointment.
