Raised Table Construction Works – Beaulieu Park

We were appointed by Countryside (L&Q) Beaulieu LLP to undertake the construction of a raised table within the existing carriageway at Beaulieu Park.

The works consisted of the following;

 

• The raising of existing manhole covers.
• The raising of existing road gullies.
• Construction of two asphalt ramps.
• Kerb replacement and repairs.
• Laying of HRA surface course.

All traffic management was installed to Chapter 8 requirements and maintained by us.

Works were delivered ahead of programme against tight time constraints due to traffic management restrictions.

 

Throughout the duration of the works we implemented a robust quality assurance, and inspection regime which ensured all works were compliant and completed to Essex Highways Development Management standards, and were ultimately signed of by their Clerk of Works ready for adoption.
